All products sold by AA LABS ("we," "us," "the Company") are supplied for physician use only. Sale is restricted to licensed practitioners, clinics, medical and wellness practices, and other qualified purchasers acting within the scope of their professional license. We do not sell to the general public.

Products are supplied to the purchaser as a professional-to-professional transaction. Any decision to administer, dispense, compound, or otherwise use a product in practice rests entirely with the licensed practitioner, who is solely responsible for exercising independent professional judgment and for the care of their patients.

Not evaluated or approved by the FDA

Our products are not approved drugs, foods, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any other regulatory authority.

No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice or a recommendation for any patient. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA.

Buyer eligibility and responsibility

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a licensed practitioner or otherwise qualified purchaser, that any license, registration, or credential required in your jurisdiction is current and in good standing, and that you are legally permitted to purchase and handle these products where you practice.

You assume full responsibility for the safe handling, use, storage, labeling, dispensing, and disposal of all products in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, regulations, and professional standards — including any rules governing prescribing, compounding, and recordkeeping that apply to your practice.

No resale to the general public

Products may not be resold, relabeled, repackaged, or redistributed to the general public, or to any person or entity that is not itself a licensed practitioner or qualified purchaser. Any such distribution is strictly prohibited and is undertaken solely at the buyer's own risk.

No practitioner-patient relationship

The Company is a supplier, not a healthcare provider. Nothing on this site creates a practitioner-patient relationship between the Company and any patient of the purchaser, and the Company does not direct, supervise, or participate in the clinical care the purchaser provides.

Limitation of liability and indemnification

The Company assumes no liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the misuse or improper handling of its products, or from any clinical decision made by a purchaser or their personnel. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the buyer's purchase, handling, use, dispensing, or administration of any product.
